Verification
POST /v1/verify/report accepts a report and sources. Read status at
GET /v1/verify/{id} and the receipt plus signed durable reference at
GET /v1/verify/{id}/result. A receipt records checks for review; it is not a
guarantee that every claim is true.
Verification can be metered. API keys and agent connections need verify
permission, and the workspace spend cap still applies.
