Email support@hyperresearch.ai for anything about Hyperresearch or your account. A person reads every message and answers from the same address.
Support and billing
Write to support@hyperresearch.ai about:
- Runs. A run that stalled, failed, asked a clarifying question you could not answer, or came back with a report you think is wrong. Include the run id (it starts
run_) so we can read the same record you see in the console. - Billing. A charge you do not recognise, a refund, an invoice, your spend cap or your trial runs.
- Your account and workspaces. Sign-in trouble, moving a workspace, or deleting one, which the console cannot do yet.
- The API and MCP server. Errors you cannot explain from the errors page, scopes, keys and webhooks. The
request_idin an error body helps us find the request.
The documentation answers most integration questions first, and the pricing page says what each run size costs and what is included.
Privacy and security
Privacy requests (access, correction, export or deletion of your data) and security reports go to the same address, support@hyperresearch.ai. For a security issue, send enough detail to reproduce it. There is no separate security address or bounty programme yet. What we keep, for how long, and which subprocessors see it is on the trust page and in the Privacy Policy.
Enterprise
For a business associate agreement, your own documents in a private vault, retention or residency terms, single sign-on, invoicing or a signed agreement in place of the click-through Terms, use the enterprise form. The founder reads every inquiry. Buying runs never needs a conversation: pay as you go from the console.
For agents and developers
An agent looking for how to use the service should start at llms.txt, which says when Hyperresearch is the right tool, how to create a key and how to start and poll a run. The API is described by its OpenAPI document.
The company
Hyperresearch was founded by Jordan Gibbs, who still runs it. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy name the legal entity you contract with, and About lists its details.
